University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP)
UTEP is the largest university in the 915 area code. UTEP is known for the diverse student population within the university (mostly hispanic). The Sun Bowl is the home of the UTEP Miners football team, and also the host of the Sun Bowl game that happens during bowl season. This stadium hosts many concerts and events as well. Centennial Plaza at UTEP
This plaza located in the heart of UTEP's campus that was recently constructed in 2015. It's a great place for students to hangout between classes with the Union, Psychology, Administration and Geological Sciences buildings neighboring the plaza. The plaza even offers a 130-seat amphitheater. Water features and all, a great place for everyone to check out in the city.
